I’ve always enjoyed working out in the open and was initially sceptical about exercising at home, but coachamitdahiya and his team ensure that there is absolutely no difference in the intensity of exercise. I probably end up being more tired and sweaty at home than I would have outdoors. It’s definitely been a game changer since now I don’t have to waste time travelling and it’s easier for my to squeeze in a workout in my busy schedule. I would highly recommend it!!
